It is my pleasure to promote James Darkmane to the position of First Sword of Varn! James has already proven to be a loyal citizen and has the fighting expertise needed for the position. He will handle all the day to day affairs of the scarlet caste and report directly to me. Titus will remain Commander but will handle other matters of the red caste, including travel, military alliances, etc.
